You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes assisting with the development of medical records programs; reviewing medical records for accuracy and/or completeness; and assigning or coordinating workload for staff. This definition of specialized experience is typical work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).
