Such work includes a demonstrated experience performing regular and modified salad preparation tasks; preparing service stands; collecting and removing used dishes and utensils to dishwashing area; preparing sandwich items for the short order line. - Failure to meet this Screen out Element will result in an ineligible rating.

- The work involves light to moderate physical effort with frequent lifting and moving of objects weighing up to 30 pounds. There is constant standing and walking, bending and stooping, and occasional lifting up to 45 pounds.
- Working areas are often uncomfortably warm and noisy. Incumbent is exposed to minor cuts, burns, bruises, and scalds. There is danger of slipping on floors which are wet from mopping and spilled liquids. Incumbent may be exposed to extreme temperatures of heat and cold from the hot kitchen to the refrigerated areas.
