Front Desk Manager / Sales Manager

JT Ballroom Dance Studio is seeking an exceptional Sales and Front Desk Manager to become a key leader within our organization.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment and enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, supporting a team, creating exceptional client experiences, and helping a business grow.

As the first point of contact for our students and guests, you will play a critical role in shaping the client experience, supporting studio operations, driving memberships and retention, and ensuring the day-to-day excellence of one of Los Angeles’ premier ballroom dance studios.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and checking in students while creating a warm, welcoming experience
• Accepting payments and assisting students with memberships and studio programs
• Conducting consultations and helping prospective students begin their dance journey
• Answering and managing phone calls, texts, and emails with exceptional professionalism and phone etiquette
• Responding to student and visitor inquiries regarding lessons, memberships, events, and studio offerings
• Following up on leads, consultations, memberships, and retention initiatives
• Scheduling students and coordinating clear communication between students and staff
• Detailed data entry and management within our scheduling and CRM systems (training provided)
• Tracking student packages, memberships, and account information
• Creating and sending studio communications
• Assisting ownership with projects, events, and operational initiatives
• Maintaining a clean, organized, fully stocked, and professional studio environment
• Cleaning and disinfecting common areas throughout the day
• Taking ownership of challenges and proactively finding solutions that support the studio, team, and students

Experience in management in one or more of the following industries is required :
