Sales Representative

JT Auto Group is hiring motivated Automotive Sales Representatives to work with customers both online and in-store. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by commission-based income.

No automotive experience? We provide training.
Have experience? You’ll benefit from strong lead flow and supportive management.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist showroom customers
• Work assigned internet and phone leads
• Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations
• Present vehicle features, pricing, and options
• Work deals with Sales Managers
• Follow up with customers before and after the sale
• Maintain accurate CRM updates
• Deliver a professional, positive customer experience

Qualifications

• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred (not required)

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
