What You’ll Do

Troubleshoot and repair automated assembly equipment (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic systems)

Perform preventative maintenance and changeovers

Conduct first-piece inspections and pre-production checks

Prioritize machine repairs to minimize downtime

Maintain maintenance inventory and coordinate parts needs

Enter maintenance records into CMMS

Lead and support maintenance technicians on shift

Promote safety and 5S standards
What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required

Technical training in automation or mechatronics preferred

4 years experience in automated manufacturing maintenance

1 year in a lead or supervisory role preferred

Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills

Proficient with precision measuring instruments

Ability to multitask and communicate effectively
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and move throughout shift

Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
