We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Sourcing Professional to build and maintain pipelines of qualified technology talent. As the first point of contact for passive candidates, this role focuses on engaging top talent for critical technology positions while partnering with business leaders and talent acquisition teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned to business needs, skills, and locations.
- Source, engage, and qualify active and passive candidates for roles such as Full Stack Developers, Architects, Infrastructure Engineers, and UI Developers.
- Build and manage pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers and talent acquisition partners to deliver strong candidate slates.
- Leverage market data, competitive intelligence, and benchmarking to shape sourcing strategies.
- Drive and participate in diversity sourcing initiatives.
- Utilize social media and networking tools to attract talent and build communities.
- Conduct initial candidate screens and promote the company’s value proposition.
- Manage CRM tools, track metrics, and meet/exceed performance goals.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years’ experience in sourcing talent, with proven success in engaging passive candidates.
- Strong knowledge of creative sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, social media, competitor mapping, etc.).
- Excellent networking, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and apply insights to sourcing strategies.
- Highly organized, proactive, and effective at managing multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
