We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Associate to support our daily online operations. The primary responsibility of this role is accurate and timely order processing, along with inventory support and customer care. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with systems, and supporting customers in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process online orders accurately and efficiently (primary responsibility)
- Review orders, verify details, and resolve discrepancies when needed
- Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping team to ensure timely fulfillment
- Assist with inventory management, stock checks, and basic reconciliation
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional manner
- Help maintain organized records related to orders and inventory
- Support general operational and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Experience with order processing, e-commerce, inventory, or administrative work is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
- Basic computer skills and comfort working with online systems
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
