Hospice Clinical Liaison - RN

JSSA Hospice has an opening for a full time Clinical Marketing Liaison working Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm, in Montgomery County, MD.

Responsibilities: 

Responsibilities include building and managing relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, and potential referral sources to drive awareness and referrals for JSSA’s hospice and homecare services in Montgomery County, Maryland. The individual in this role will engage in outreach, educate the community about JSSA's mission and services, and identify opportunities for growth. Additional duties include collaboration with clinical teams to ensure continuity of care and participation in marketing and business development initiatives to support organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively connect with diverse communities and maintain excellent relationships with partners.
• Sales and Business Development experience to identify opportunities, build partnerships, and contribute to organizational growth.
• Skills in Community Outreach to promote services, educate stakeholders, and enhance community engagement.
• Knowledge of hospice services and awareness of healthcare industries is highly desirable.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse with a current license to practice in Maryland.
• Ability to work collaboratively and support team goals while maintaining a proactive, self-sufficient work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel within the National Capital Region.
