Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Painter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, coatings, and finishes to various surfaces across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will ensure that all surfaces are properly prepared, painted to specifications, and finished with precision. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from remodeling and renovation to new construction, contributing to the transformation of spaces with skill and professionalism.

Duties

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
• Use hand tools, power tools, paint sprayers (including airless spray systems), and conventional spraying equipment to apply coatings efficiently.
• Perform construction site surface preparation tasks such as drywall installation, plastering, caulking, stucco application, and masonry work.
• Apply paint using brush painting, roller painting, and spray techniques while adhering to safety regulations and safety protocol standards.
• Complete maintenance tasks on fixtures or structures during remodeling or renovation projects and install fixtures as needed.

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of construction processes .
• Strong understanding of color theory for effective aesthetic outcomes.
• Proven experience in residential painting, commercial painting, industrial painting, and structural surface coating.
• Proficiency in ladder use and working at heights safely on construction sites.
• Skilled in surface preparation including drywall finishing, plastering, masonry work, and stucco application.
• Ability to operate a variety of tools such as hand tools, power tools, paint sprayers (including airless systems), brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to respiratory protection, fall prevention (ladder use), and general site safety protocol adherence.
• Basic math skills for measurements.
• Familiarity with fixture installation, frame carpentry basics, handyman tasks, and maintenance work on construction sites.
