Senior Insurance Analyst – Loan Services (Contract)

Hybrid – Dallas, TX (3 days/week onsite)

$38/hour on W2

Contract opportunity with a major real estate investment firm.

We are seeking a Senior Insurance Analyst to join the Loan Services team, focusing on insurance compliance, loan document review, and borrower communication. This role requires strong experience in commercial insurance and a solid understanding of loan servicing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review loan documents to ensure insurance requirements are clearly identified and met
• Notify borrowers of expirations, deficiencies, and non-compliance issues
• Audit insurance renewals and compare against internal systems and documentation
• Work with insurance agencies, borrowers, and prior servicers to obtain required documentation (certificates, policies, endorsements)
• Process insurance disbursements as needed
• Handle borrower and agent inquiries related to insurance requirements, disputes, premium payments, and cancellations
• Identify loans requiring force-placed insurance due to expired or insufficient coverage
• Partner with Asset Management and Servicing teams on insurance-related matters
• Provide updates to management on issues, risks, and workflow status

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of commercial insurance experience
• Strong understanding of loan documents, servicing functions, and insurance requirements
• Experience working in loan servicing, real estate finance, or related environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree or insurance license
• Experience with HUD, Freddie Mac, or similar investor guidelines

This role requires strong attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
