What are the responsibilities and job description for the Change Communications Project Manager position at JSR Tech Consulting?
JSR is looking for a long term consultant for a Change Manager during the implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS). This person will also have responsibility for coordinating the necessary training across the organization.
Will be responsible for:
- Developing the change management program by communicating project goals, timelines.
- Developing the approach for training, and working together with the training vendor and providing status along the way.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors of Science
- 7-10 years in Training Management in the pharmaceutical industry
- 7-10 years in Change Management in the pharmaceutical industry
- Prior QMS experience is a plus
- Good project management
- Excellent communication skills
