Raiz Federal Credit Union has an immediate opening for a Mortgage Production Manager to join their Mortgage Division, reporting to the Vice President of Real Estate and Business Services. If you are a highly motivated mortgage leader, this opportunity is for you!
The incoming Manager will be responsible for managing the origination process for the Credit Union’s mortgage loans, while mentoring the sales force to include training and motivating the team to achieve results. Successful management of ensuring internal and external audits are conducted with the origination staff and processes is needed.
As a Production Manager, this role will require direct oversight of Mortgage Originator production volume, Business Development activities, loan origination pipeline management, and loan quality submissions for the team.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant or related field is a requirement, plus a minimum of ten (10) years in lending, with at least three (3) years as a Mortgage Manager and/or five (5) years as a Production Supervisor. Exceptional analytical abilities and knowledge of mortgage lending underwriting guidelines are needed.
