Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate production activities across the assembly line, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Manage and guide production teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training on equipment and safety procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety standards in production areas, including proper manual handling, heavy lifting protocols, and use of personal protective equipment
- Interpret manufacturing documents such as technical drawings, work instructions, and process specifications to ensure accurate assembly and quality control
- Utilize measuring instruments and power tools to verify product specifications and facilitate mechanical assembly processes
- Implement process improvements by analyzing workflow inefficiencies, applying lean manufacturing principles, and promoting best practices in manufacturing management
- Conduct regular safety audits, enforce safety protocol adherence, and maintain a safe working environment for all team members
Requirements:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production line supervision preferred.
- Ability to lead, train, and supervise production line employees.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety procedures.
- Ability to monitor production targets, productivity, and employee performance.
- Ability to identify and resolve production issues.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and production schedules.
- Ability to maintain accurate production reports and attendance records.
- Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime and different shifts as needed.
- Basic computer skills required.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
