Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about media planning and eager to learn and grow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue insertion orders for media placements using QuickBooks.
- Create and manage deadlines for media campaigns.
- Communicate with sales representatives to coordinate media buys.
- Ensure ad materials are received on time, built to specs, and forwarded to sales reps.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Please note: This is NOT a creative position.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Expertise in Excel is required.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, taking direction with a positive attitude.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Previous internship or experience in media planning is a plus but not required.
