- Review drawings, consultant scopes, and cost proposals for completeness and accuracy
- Support procurement, bidding, and contract negotiations
- Oversee quality control and field coordination with general contractors and trades
- Maintain project documentation, logs, and reporting dashboards (e.g., budgets, RFIs, punch lists, consultant trackers)
- Interface with clients to provide clear updates, anticipate issues, and manage expectations
- Assist in onboarding consultants, preparing RFPs, and developing project delivery sequences
- Contribute to overall firm operations, knowledge management, and process development

- Strong understanding of high-end residential or hospitality construction
- Excellent communication, writing, and client-facing skills
- Proven ability to manage consultant teams, budgets, and schedules
- Working knowledge of construction contracts, bidding, and permitting processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Build/ Autodesk, or similar)
- Detail-oriented and process-driven, with strong problem-solving instincts
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
