Project Manager (Onsite) Job Description
Introduction:
We are seeking a Project Manager with experience working with government entities to join our team in a full-time onsite role in the tri-state area. The ideal candidate must have PMBOK and PMP certification and have a strong background in managing IT projects.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple complex IT projects with regular interactions with Executive level stakeholders.
- Lead an IT project with a minimum of eight project team members.
- Develop and maintain schedules in Microsoft Project.
- Utilize a Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) based project management methodology for all project phases.
- Manage software implementation projects or in-house application development projects following Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Requirements:
- 84 months of experience in managing multiple complex IT projects with executive level stakeholders.
- 84 months of experience in leading an IT project with a minimum of eight team members.
- 60 months of experience in developing and maintaining schedules in Microsoft Project.
- 60 months of experience in managing projects using a PMBOK based project management methodology.
- 48 months of experience in managing software implementation projects or in-house application development projects.
- Bachelor''s degree in a related field.
