Project Manager (Onsite) Job Description

Introduction:

We are seeking a Project Manager with experience working with government entities to join our team in a full-time onsite role in the tri-state area. The ideal candidate must have PMBOK and PMP certification and have a strong background in managing IT projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple complex IT projects with regular interactions with Executive level stakeholders.
• Lead an IT project with a minimum of eight project team members.
• Develop and maintain schedules in Microsoft Project.
• Utilize a Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) based project management methodology for all project phases.
• Manage software implementation projects or in-house application development projects following Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Requirements:

• 84 months of experience in managing multiple complex IT projects with executive level stakeholders.
• 84 months of experience in leading an IT project with a minimum of eight team members.
• 60 months of experience in developing and maintaining schedules in Microsoft Project.
• 60 months of experience in managing projects using a PMBOK based project management methodology.
• 48 months of experience in managing software implementation projects or in-house application development projects.
• Bachelor''s degree in a related field.
