The Leasing Specialist is the main contact for tours and inquiries for Fleischman Assisted Living and Brown Memory Care.

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized leasing specialist to join our team. This position will be responsible for leasing apartments to prospective residents while providing exceptional customer service. They are a member of the leadership/marketing team working to develop strategies to ensure high occupancy rates and resident satisfaction.

Position Overview: This position is responsible for conducting tours and assisting prospective residents/families in the leasing process. The leasing specialist works within the lead management system (Sherpa/Onesite) to track and manage leads and their timely follow-up. They will participate in community outreach as well as marketing events. This position works closely with the Marketing Team, Site Administrator, DON, Social Worker, Life Enrichment Director and Environmental Services .

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for all leasing inquiries, tours, etc.
• Conducts walk in tours for property as well as schedules tours.
• Utilizes Aline CRM (previously Sherpa) to document and manage leads.
• Ensures detailed and updated data entry into Aline and OneSite for marketing reports/tracking.
• Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the Apartment Status Report while working with environmental services to ensure readiness of apartments.
• Identifies potential residents through market outreach.
• Works closely with the RSC to link families during all phases including touring, assessments and move-ins.
• Ensures compliance with all Fair Housing requirements/regulations.

• Extensive understanding of geriatrics and implications of aging, community resources for the elderly, psycho-social implications of assisted living environments and case management required.
• Two years or more experience in residential leasing.
• Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite and knowledge of social media platforms.
• Knowledge of Aline CRM (Sherpa) or similar and OneSite.
• Exceptional customer service abilities.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and ability to manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly professional and dependable.
• The ability to work a flexible schedule as required.

As needed, they may need to work occasional nights and/or weekends.

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience acceptable.
• 2 years' experience in Assisted Living leasing.
