We are looking for candidates who are outgoing, compassionate and motivated to help others. This position is contingent receptionist in our West Bloomfield Assisted Living location.
We are looking for a friendly receptionist to provide front desk support on:
- Sundays during the day shift and
- Fridays during the midnight shift.
- This position is also called upon to cover absences. We have additional day, afternoon, and midnight shifts that need periodic coverage.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Answering the phones
- Clerical duties; filing, typing correspondence, creating forms, etc.
- Ensuring that all individuals entering building are authorized and sign in/out.
- Notify maintenance staff when their services are necessary.
- Activate emergency staff calling tree for larger emergency situations.
- Notify police of unauthorized or suspicious individuals in and around the property.
- Other duties as assigned.
