HVAC Service Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and professional Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team! In this energetic role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems in homes. FULL-TIME OR PART-TIME AVAILABLE. NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES!

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems including gas furnaces, air conditioning units, heat pumps, and boilers.
• Perform repairs, maintenance, and installations of HVAC equipment with precision and efficiency
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and HVAC design plans to ensure proper system setup and repairs
• Maintain detailed service records, including reports on equipment condition and work performed
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local codes while providing exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Proven 5 years experience as a service technician in HVAC
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to solve and diagnose problems as needed for our customers.
• Great communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• EPA License

Compensation includes competitve hourly wage (based on experience). $35.00 per hour for the right candidate! Plus profit sharing per job basis.

PTO (Paid time off), health insurance, dental & vision insurance are available after 90 days.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
