Logistics Operations & Customer Service
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including ocean freight, air freight, and trucking.
- Communicate with customers, carriers, warehouses, and overseas partners.
- Arrange shipments, track deliveries, and provide timely status updates.
- Prepare shipping documents and assist with freight quotations and bookings.
- Respond to customer inquiries and help resolve operational issues.
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure timely follow-up on pending matters.
Required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & Korean.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Responsible, dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred
- Proficiency in both Korean and English is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, or customer service is a plus.
- Familiarity with import/export procedures and shipping documentation is an advantage.
