Human Resources Talent Acquisition Specialist
JSK Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and people-focused Human Resources Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Above Property leadership team. This position will play a critical role in attracting top hospitality talent, strengthening company culture, and supporting employee retention initiatives across our hotel portfolio.

Position Summary
The HR Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee full-cycle recruiting efforts for hotel operations and above property positions while partnering with leadership teams to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture throughout JSK Hospitality properties.
This role will serve as a strategic partner to hotel leadership teams by helping identify talent needs, improving onboarding experiences, supporting employee recognition programs, and developing recruitment strategies that align with JSK Hospitality values and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly, management, and above property positions
- Create and post engaging job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms
- Source qualified candidates through networking, job fairs, hospitality partnerships, and online recruiting tools
- Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews with property leadership teams
- Develop recruiting pipelines for future hospitality staffing needs
- Track recruiting metrics, hiring trends, and turnover data
- Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation processes
Culture & Employee Retention
- Partner with leadership teams to promote a positive and engaging workplace culture
- Support employee recognition and appreciation initiatives
- Assist in developing retention strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee satisfaction
- Help coordinate training, engagement events, and team-building activities
- Promote JSK Hospitality’s mission, values, and service culture throughout all properties
- Support employee communication initiatives and internal branding efforts
HR Support
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Assist with HR projects and company-wide initiatives
- Support managers with hiring best practices and interviewing techniques
- Maintain confidentiality regarding employee and company information
- Travel periodically to hotel properties as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruiting, HR, or hospitality leadership experience preferred
- Hospitality industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with employees and leadership teams
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Experience with recruiting platforms and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Passion for employee engagement and workplace culture development
Preferred Skills
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience with onboarding and retention programs
- Social media recruiting experience
- Knowledge of HR compliance and employment practices
