**Responsibilities**
Assist GM with day-to-day operations.
Lead/coach department heads and front-line associates.
Monitor and improve guest satisfaction scores and online reviews.
Support financial performance via revenue management, cost control, and budgeting.
Ensure brand standards, safety, and company policy compliance.
Oversee scheduling, training, and performance management.
Handle escalated guest issues.
Assist with hiring, onboarding, and talent development.
Participate in inspections, audits, and continuous improvement.
Act as GM when needed.
**Required**
HS diploma/equivalent (associate/bachelors preferred).
2-3 years hotel leadership (supervisor, department head, or AGM).
Strong operations, guest service, and financial knowledge.
Proven team leadership; excellent communication and problem-solving.
Flexible shifts including evenings/weekends/holidays; physical ability to stand/walk and lift 25-30 lbs.
**Preferred**
Specific Marriott brand experience and systems knowledge.
Prior AGM or strong department-head experience with PandL exposure.
Bilingual.
