Job Summary
We are a small, local irrigation and drainage supply warehouse looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate who knows sprinkler systems, pipe, fittings, and related products. This hands-on role combines classic warehouse duties (receiving, stocking, organizing, and preparing orders) with helping customers find the right materials and answering product questions. Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, inspect, and accurately stock incoming irrigation, drainage, pipe, sprinkler, and related products.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse: restock shelves, rotate inventory, and keep aisles clear.
- Pull, stage, and prepare customer and contractor orders for pickup or delivery.
- Assist walk-in customers and contractors by answering questions about sprinklers, pipe, fittings, valves, drainage products, and related supplies; help them select the correct items for their projects.
- Provide basic product guidance and recommendations based on knowledge of irrigation and drainage systems.
- Perform routine inventory counts, report low-stock or damaged items, and help maintain accurate records.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., forklift as needed).
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
- Support other warehouse and customer-service tasks as needed in a small-team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Solid working knowledge of irrigation and drainage products, including sprinklers, pipe (PVC, poly, etc.), fittings, valves, and related supplies.
- Ability to help customers identify the correct products and answer basic-to-intermediate product questions.
- Comfortable with physical warehouse work: lifting, carrying, stacking, bending, and standing for extended periods (regularly lift 50 lbs., occasionally more with assistance).
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as with a small team.
- Basic math and organizational skills for inventory and order accuracy.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or retail experience in irrigation, plumbing, landscaping, agricultural, or construction supply.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it.
- Familiarity with common irrigation system components and basic troubleshooting knowledge.
- Experience using inventory or point-of-sale systems.
- Have a good driving record and valid driver license for making deliveries.
- Spanish speaking a plus
Physical Requirements
This is an active warehouse role that involves standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and moving product throughout the day in a warehouse environment that may include varying temperatures.
Schedule & Location
Full-time, Monday–Friday, OPEN:7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. or CLOSE: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.

Benefits: Health Insurance (after 90 days)
Pay: $17 per hour
