This role is responsible for defining plant performance, developing process systems, and ensuring seamless integration with mechanical, civil/structural, and electrical disciplines.

This role is responsible for defining plant performance, developing process systems, and ensuring seamless integration with mechanical, civil/structural, and electrical disciplines.
This position combines detailed engineering design with construction and commissioning support to ensure systems are efficient, reliable, and field-proven.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own process design basis and system philosophy
- Create and review PFDs, P&IDs, and heat & mass balances
- Define equipment sizing and specifications (pumps, valves, heat exchangers, fuel systems)
- Perform process calculations (efficiency, heat rate, flow rates, pressures, temperatures)
- Coordinate across mechanical, electrical, and civil/structural disciplines
- Support HAZOPs, design reviews, and safety evaluations
- Provide construction and commissioning support including troubleshooting and startup tuning
- Bachelor's in Engineering
- 8 years in process engineering within power generation or heavy industrial EPC environments
- Strong understanding of gas turbine systems and balance of plant (BOP)
- Experience in EPC or design-build project execution
- Hands-on involvement in detailed design and field support/commissioning
- Familiarity with applicable industry standards and practices
- Ability to mentor junior engineers and designers
- Strong systems thinking and cross-discipline awareness
- Makes sound engineering decisions under pressure
- Balances performance, reliability, cost, and schedule
- Communicates effectively with both technical teams and field crews
- Experience with large-scale turbine or industrial process systems
- Comfortable owning full process scope from design through startup
- Field experience with an understanding of real-world execution
- Thrives in fast-paced EPC environments
