Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10 years of progressive HR experience including payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and recruiting
- Proven leadership in managing and developing HR teams, with direct supervision of HR professionals
- Deep knowledge of federal and state employment laws, leave programs, and HR compliance standards
- Proficiency with HR information systems such as ADP Workforce Now, applicant tracking, and learning management platforms
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
- Experience in multi-site operations, property management, food and beverage, construction, or real estate sectors
- Fluent Spanish language skills
- Experience managing vendor relationships and compliance reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent field
- Extensive experience leading HR functions across diverse industry sectors
- Past experience working with robust HR systems and managing complex workforce initiatives
