Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a Corporate Services Support Specialist for a Banking partner in Seattle, WA.
This is a part-time position - 20 hours per week.
Working hours: Monday- Friday 9am-1pm.
Hourly pay: $20-25 per hour
Logistics Support
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Receive, sort, and deliver mail on a daily basis. Process outgoing bulk mail for various departments. Receive/deliver IT, Facilities,Security equipment as needed. Provide general logistical support to all departments as needed.
Security Support
Assist with greeting visitors, vendors and maintaining visitor log. Support with badge issuance and general security items as needed.
Facilities Support
Provide on-site support for the Facilities team. Conduct daily building walks, report issues to the Facilities team such as burned out lights, damage to furniture or building, assist with vendor watch and miscellaneous facilities support as needed.
General Office/breakroom Supplies/services Support
Monitor/stock shared breakroom supplies, vending machine support, ensure general office areas are organized, clean, and presentable. Assist all departments with general supply support.
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of Administrative Experience.
Preferred: General purchasing, logistics, office administration experience a plus.
