JSG is searching for a Civil Site Department Manager - Land Development in the Atlanta, GA area. This is a direct hire position with competitive salary with bonus and outstanding benefits.
Responsibilities
- Manage Land Development projects, team, department
- Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
- Develop goals for the land development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Train personnel and help team members develop their skills.
- 10 years professional civil site engineering experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering required
- Professional Engineering License (PE) required
- Experience managing a department along with project management, site development, hydrology, stormwater management using Civil 3D software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of fundamental engineering principles including but not limited to surveying, geometrics, hydraulics, grading, CM, floodplain management and utility design.
