You will focus on Microsoft and AWS, driving design-ins for fans, cooling modules, and liquid/hybrid solutions from concept through mass production. This role requires strong hyperscale sales experience, technical knowledge of thermal hardware, and the ability to manage complex programs across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand business with Microsoft, AWS, and their ODM/OEM ecosystem.
- Meet regularly with customer engineering and sourcing teams to capture requirements and advance programs.
- Manage RFIs/RFQs, proposals, and sample/validation plans.
- Drive programs through EVT/DVT/PVT, qualification, pilots, and production.
- Coordinate closely with global R&D and manufacturing teams to track builds and schedules.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and CRM reporting.
- Provide first-line technical/commercial support, escalating as needed.
- Monitor AI server trends and cooling shifts (air? liquid/hybrid) to refine strategy.
- 5 years in hyperscale/server hardware sales or business development.
- Proven sales experience with Microsoft and/or AWS (or their ODM/OEM partners).
- Strong understanding of the hyperscale development cycle (RFI/RFQ, EVT/DVT/PVT, MP).
- Based in Seattle area with ability to be onsite in Redmond/Seattle and travel 25–40%.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (ME/EE/CE) or Business with strong technical aptitude.
- Able to discuss AI-server thermal topics in practical terms (airflow, acoustics, heat sinks, cold plates, CDUs, coolant management, rack-level architectures).
- Successful design-in wins for server or rack-level thermal solutions.
- Familiarity with hyperscale qualification processes and supplier portals (e.g., Ariba, Microsoft/AWS vendor systems).
- Mandarin/English bilingual is a plus.

Salary : $120,000
