Analyst - IT Application Support

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is currently looking for a IT Applications Support Analyst with 3 years Desktop Support. This is a contract with a global leader located in Newark DE. This is 100% onsite.

Pay $36.50/hour

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience Desktop support
• Familiar with Service Now app, Know how create, update and resolve tickets
• Knowledge of Intune and used for at least 3 years
• Active Directory – add users to security groups, unlock / reset password
• Image computers using Intune
• O365, Teams and SharePoint – min 3 years’ experience
• Networking – familiar with making network cables, understand how a switch works, how to find IP address,
• Server – able to create folders, shares, add users to security groups, check running services
