Housekeeper Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeper Supervisor based in the United States Virgin Islands. The Housekeeper Supervisor will complete and oversee the daily housekeeping operations, ensuring cleanliness standards are met. The role also involves organizing and maintaining schedules, monitoring inventory, and maintaining excellent communication with both staff members and management to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Laundry operations and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address client and team interactions effectively
• Proficiency in Organization Skills and schedule management
• Ability to train and supervise team members to ensure high performance
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team efficiently
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Five years minimum experience required to have been achieved in very high-end estate properties.
