- Experience with Laundry operations and maintaining cleanliness standards
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to address client and team interactions effectively
- Proficiency in Organization Skills and schedule management
- Ability to train and supervise team members to ensure high performance
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team efficiently
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Five years minimum experience required to have been achieved in very high-end estate properties.
