What You'll Do
- Review resumes and identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone interviews and candidate screening calls
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Process interview recordings and transcripts
- Maintain applicant tracking system records and recruiting documentation
- Track candidate movement through the hiring pipeline
- Assist with offers, pre-employment activities, and onboarding
- Maintain recruiting reports, schedules, and recruiting trackers
- Help ensure open positions move efficiently from application to hire
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable speaking with candidates throughout the day
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong follow-through and accountability
- Confidence learning new systems and technology
- Ability to accurately document conversations and interview notes
- Positive attitude and willingness to receive feedback and coaching
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach
- 1-5 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, administration, coordination, scheduling, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and Word
- Ability to work full-time in our Columbus office
- Experience conducting phone interviews or candidate screenings
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments
- Experience coordinating interviews or onboarding activities
- Experience supporting construction, skilled trades, manufacturing, industrial, or technical hiring
- Bilingual English/Spanish
