What You'll Do
- Read and interpret technical documents for devices and equipment
- Work with a team of technicians to meet project goals
- Perform point-to-point inspections to ensure system reliability
- Troubleshoot and repair circuits, devices, and wiring
- Support commissioning and final system testing
- Maintain a strong focus on safety and industry standards
- Age 18 with a valid driver's license
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel within ~250 miles of Columbus as needed
- Ability to lift 20β60 lbs and work in varied environments (hot, cold, noisy, wet)
- Comfort with standing, walking, stretching, and reaching for extended periods
- Ability to distinguish wiring colors/shades without corrective lenses
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Familiarity with configuring devices using software
- Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting
- Experience in building automation or low-voltage systems is a plus
