What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate daily field operations on active job sites
- Supervise, train, and support crews to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
- Communicate work plans, safety expectations, and instructions in English and Spanish
- Act as the communication bridge between field teams and project leadership
- Monitor crew performance, attendance, and PPE compliance
- Resolve field issues and maintain team alignment
- Report job progress and field needs to leadership
- Complete daily logs and Pre-Task Plans (PTPs) in Procore
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required for jobsite communication)
- 3 years in low voltage or commercial electrical construction
- Experience leading crews or working in a lead role
- Strong understanding of jobsite safety (OSHA)
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Previous Foreman, Crew Lead, or Assistant Foreman experience
- Experience working with bilingual crews
- Familiarity with Procore or similar tools
