What You'll Do
- Review project plans and specifications with the project team
- Track subcontractors, vendors, and internal resources against project milestones
- Maintain accurate project documentation in systems such as Procore
- Update project tracking tools, spreadsheets, and job costing logs
- Assist with material procurement and resource coordination
- Draft, submit, and track RFIs to support timely resolution
- Attend project meetings and document action items and follow-ups
- Support schedule, budget, and forecast tracking
- Basic understanding of construction principles and terminology
- Familiarity with electrical, controls, or building systems preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, field-driven environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn construction project management tools
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of construction, field support, or administrative experience
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to local job sites
- Flexibility to work extended hours during peak project phases
- 2 years of project support or Assistant Project Manager experience
- Experience with Procore or similar construction management software
- Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
- Primarily field-based with limited office time
- Frequent collaboration with field crews and project teams
- Use of digital tools and technology throughout the workday
