Appointment Setter: Weekly Pay, Path to Sales (Charlotte, NC)

Get paid every week to start conversations, not close deals.

JSC Windows and Exteriors is a locally owned home improvement company replacing windows, doors, and siding for homeowners across Charlotte. Our leadership team has built successful in-home sales teams before, and we’re adding setters to keep up with demand.

What the job is
You’ll meet homeowners face to face in Charlotte neighborhoods, introduce JSC, and see if they’d like a free 30-45 minute consultation. If they’re interested, you book it, usually for the next day, with one of our design consultants. You never close or pitch the sale. Your job is a friendly conversation and a good appointment.

What a week looks like

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods Monday-Saturday, afternoons and evenings
• Talk with homeowners and answer basic questions
• Book next-day appointments and log them accurately in our system
• Follow up on leads and work toward weekly appointment goals

How you get paid (weekly)

• $25 for every appointment you set
• $75 when the homeowner is presented to
• $150 when the appointment signs up

For example, 10 set appointments with 6 presented and 2 signed comes to $1,000 that week. The more quality appointments you book, the more you earn. Setters on our leadership team’s previous teams averaged $75,000-$85,000 per year. Results depend on individual performance.
