The Role
- We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager to take the lead on the jobs we assign, from the first site visit to final walkthrough. You will report directly to the owner and be the main point of contact for customers on your jobs.
What You Will Do
- Respond to emergency water loss calls as assigned, including after hours
- Visit job sites to inspect, assess damage, and determine scope of work
- Take moisture readings, document conditions, and photograph the loss
- Help prepare estimates for owner review and meet insurance adjusters on site as needed
- Oversee mitigation: water extraction, demo, drying equipment setup, and monitoring
- Lead crews and subcontractors on site and keep each job on schedule
- Keep customers informed and make sure every job closes out cleanly
What We Are Looking For
- 3 years of experience in water damage restoration or mitigation
- Comfortable assessing damage and scoping jobs
- Strong communication skills with customers and insurance adjusters
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Available for on-call and emergency response
Preferred, But Not Required
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, or similar)
- Experience with Xactimate or other estimating software
- Familiarity with the Westchester area
