Role Description
This is a commission-based contract role for a Salesperson, requiring full-time availability. The position is run remotely located in Vandalia, Ohio.
We are hiring a local field sales representative for Ohio and surrounding Midwest territories.
Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, managing sales pipelines, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The selected candidate will collaborate with internal teams, provide product or service consultations, and contribute to building a successful sales strategy. Exceptional customer engagement and sales development practices are central to this role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Client Relationship Management, B2B Sales, and Account Management
- Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and perform Market Research effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and Sales Reporting tools
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results and achieving targets
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Previous experience in commission-based sales is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
- Knowledge of the local market in Cincinnati, Ohio is an advantage
Build and manage a strong Midwest sales pipeline• Make outbound sales calls daily• Schedule appointments and conduct customer visits• Open new wholesale accounts• Develop repeat distributor and decorator business• Drive immediate inventory sales and long-term territory growth
