Business Development Consultant
JS Solution is seeking motivated, ambitious, and coachable individuals to join our growing team as Business Development Consultants. This full-time opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to develop professional experience in business development, client relations, account management, and leadership.

Previous business development experience is not required. We provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to help motivated individuals develop the skills needed to succeed.
Responsibilities
As a Business Development Consultant, you will support business growth through relationship-building, client engagement, and account support.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Meeting with business owners and decision-makers to discuss available products and services
- Building and maintaining professional relationships with new and existing business clients
- Conducting consultations to better understand client needs and business objectives
- Assisting with client onboarding and account support
- Educating clients on available solutions and answering questions regarding services
- Following up with prospective and existing clients to maintain strong business relationships
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and business activities
- Collaborating with leadership on business development initiatives and growth strategies
- Participating in ongoing coaching, team meetings, and professional development
- Supporting customer retention through consistent communication and service
- Representing the company professionally during all client interactions

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
