Job description
JS Security Consulting, LLC is seeking an Assistant Contract Manager to support contract operations, compliance, and performance. This role ensures operational continuity and serves as a key support to the Contract Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing contract performance and compliance
- Support implementation of the Quality Control Plan
- Coordinate personnel, reporting, and documentation
- Respond to inspection reports and deficiencies when authorized
- Act as point of contact in the absence of the Contract Manager
- Maintain availability and respond within 30 minutes when required
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration or operations
- Knowledge of reporting systems, compliance, and resource management
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in security, military, or law enforcement environments is a plus
