We are seeking a dependable and motivated culinary professional to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will help prepare high-quality meals, maintain excellent food safety standards, and contribute to a positive, efficient, and team-oriented work environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes, portion guidelines, and quality standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
• Assist with inventory rotation, receiving, and proper storage of ingredients.
• Communicate effectively with team members to support smooth kitchen operations.
• Monitor food quality and promptly address any issues to maintain consistency.
• Support prep work, line service, and other kitchen tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred.
• Basic understanding of food preparation, cooking methods, and kitchen safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks in a kitchen setting.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
