- Must be a self-starter - take account of any project or initiative
- Work with diverse stakeholders
- Some exp with designing Cloud Native Services with GCP/AWS/Azure
- GCP or AI Certifications
- Salesforce / Agent Force exp would be a plus

- Designing integration platforms
- Medicaid is migrating to a health cloud solution (1CM)
- CR Engine Solution with AI automation (structure data and transactional data processes)
- Must be able to integrate platforms, knows how that is designed and carried out
- Must be able communicate with lower-level developers as well as the highest-level stakeholders
- First, they are a tech leader - have right level of communication with business / stakeholders. Be an active participant in requirements development. Then work to design the solution. In the Medicaid domain, they generate solution architecture (solution artifact) to show how the solution will integrate and solve the business problem. Lead the review process with the team.
- After working with the business team, now the Arch will go to the developers and speak to them in their own language to build the coding component to solve the problem.
- Talk to the infrastructure integrations team, how will this be rolled to the organization and be integrated seamlessly to ensure you lags or system disruptions.
- Must be able to create a Solution Architecture diagram.
- Must be able to, in plain language, describe what they have done to apply their own Solution Architecture skillset to solve a problem.
- Sr Architect operates more within the guiderails
- Lead will have experience branching out and influence other teams to integrate their projects as a broader strategy - really, just higher level and operating more independently of a Sr.
