Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant (Global Payroll & Absence)
Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Global Payroll and Absence Management, specifically within US payroll environments. This role will focus on resolving complex configuration challenges and supporting payroll accuracy, compliance, and integrations.
- Have in-depth knowledge in Oracle Fusion Cloud Absence Configurations Able to configure Complex Absence Plans, Define Absence Reasons/Types, establishing Certification requirements etc.; Create and Update Fast Formulas as needed to meet requirements
- Have in-depth knowledge in Payroll Configurations Able to configure Payroll Elements, Calculation Cards, Balances, Tax Reporting etc. as Per Business requirements.
- Lead and support full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with a focus on Global Payroll and Absence
- Configure and manage complex Absence Plans, including:
- Absence types/reasons
- Certification requirements
- Fast Formula creation and updates
- Design and configure Payroll components, including:
- Payroll elements
- Calculation cards
- Balances
- Tax reporting configurations
- Ensure compliance with US payroll regulations, including multi-state complexities
- Configure and troubleshoot Payroll integrations with third-party vendors (e.g., banks, tax compliance providers)
- Manage and validate the relationship between Absence configurations and Payroll calculations/compliance
- Utilize Oracle reporting/tools for data extraction, validation, and troubleshooting
- Proven experience delivering multiple Oracle Fusion HCM implementations as a Techno-Functional resource
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Global Payroll (US-focused)
- Absence Management configurations
- Deep understanding of payroll compliance across US states
- Experience with Fast Formulas (creation, updates, troubleshooting)
- Solid experience with payroll integrations and issue resolution
