Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of roofing sites to assess structural integrity, materials, and workmanship against project specifications and blueprints.
• Collect and analyze data related to construction progress, quality control metrics, and safety compliance during site visits.
• Collaborate with construction teams, project managers, and contractors to communicate findings, document issues, and support construction management efforts.
• Obtain roofing measurements to ensure that the proper materials are ordered for each project.
• Obtain photographs for the production team to ensure they have all necessary information needed for installation.
• Support construction site safety protocols by identifying potential hazards during inspections and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Deliver or collect materials from job site

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction site evaluation within the roofing or broader construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction management principles, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and quality control processes.
• Excellent analysis skills with the ability to identify issues quickly and recommend effective solutions.
• Familiarity with construction site safety protocols, contracts management, and data collection techniques.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail during inspections.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams including contractors, project managers, and clients.
• Construction site experience with knowledge of roofing installation processes is a plus.
