We are a growing roofing company based in Abingdon, Virginia, and we’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Field Support Associate to join our team.
In this important role, you’ll support our installation crews by handling the critical pre- and post-job tasks that keep projects running smoothly and professionally.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform pre-installation inspections and take accurate measurements of roofs
- Create material lists and assist with material ordering
- Handle material deliveries and pickups as needed
- Conduct job site inspections alongside installation crews and customers
- Take professional before-and-after photographs of each project
- Provide excellent support to both our team and our customers

Requirements:
- Clean driving record (will be verified)
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and in a TEAM environment.
- Willing and able to work overtime and weekends when needed
- Roofing experience is strongly preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
