As we continue to expand, we are seeking motivated, entrepreneurial Independent Medical Sales Representatives to help grow our presence and develop lasting relationships with healthcare professionals.
The Opportunity
We are looking for self-driven, relationship-oriented sales professionals interested in building their own territory and growing with an expanding DME company.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, ideal for experienced medical sales representatives who have established relationships within orthopedic surgery, pain management, physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R), sports medicine, or other healthcare specialties.
Representatives will focus on developing new business opportunities, educating healthcare providers about our product offerings, and expanding our network of medical practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with physicians, clinics, and healthcare organizations.
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with orthopedic surgeons, pain management specialists, PM&R physicians, sports medicine practices, and other healthcare providers.
- Educate medical offices on our orthopedic bracing, rehabilitation, and recovery product portfolio.
- Conduct product presentations and provide ongoing support to participating practices.
- Develop and execute independent territory growth strategies.
- Maintain consistent communication with existing and prospective accounts.
- Collaborate with our internal team to help ensure a professional provider and patient experience.
- Follow all applicable healthcare regulations, privacy requirements, and company compliance policies.
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in medical device, DME, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales.
- Established relationships with physicians, medical practices, or healthcare decision-makers.
- Familiarity with orthopedic bracing, rehabilitation products, or post-operative recovery equipment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to independently manage sales activities and develop business opportunities.
