Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Employee Benefits Sales Consultant based in Newtown, PA. The Sales Consultant will focus on developing relationships with potential clients, understanding their employee benefits needs, and presenting tailored solutions. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end sales process, delivering superior client service, collaborating with other departments, and maintaining client satisfaction. A strong emphasis is placed on consulting expertise and delivering value through customized employee benefits strategies.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Consultative Sales, including identifying client needs and proposing strategic solutions
  • Knowledge of the employee benefits and HR consulting industry is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders as well as independently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Microsoft Office Proficient
  • Current Resident Life and Health Insurance License and P&C License is a plus
