POSITION DUTIES:
Coordinate and build consultative relationship with customers
Resolving customer service issues and concerns
Thinking creatively and troubleshooting problems
Facilitate growing partnership with customers
Assist in roll out of new services with existing customers and new customers
Develop and maintain effective and efficient long-term relationship with customers
Work in coordination with all internal departments to ensure a successful partnership
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Of 2 Years’ Experience In Customer Relations Position
College degree in business management, marketing or equivalent education
Ability to interact with internal and external partners
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiating and organizational skills, proven sales and marketing skills
