Responsibilities include:Managing the entire project lifecycle: planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and turnoverLeading on-site teams, subcontractors, and project engineers across all phasesOverseeing quality control, safety compliance, inspections, and reportingConducting frequent jobsite walks to ensure alignment with milestones and budgetRunning progress meetings and managing RFIs, submittals, and change ordersMaintaining strong communication with internal stakeholders and external partnersIdentifying issues early and implementing proactive, cost-effective solutionsDriving the project to timely, high-quality completion across multiple yearsWhat You BringThe ideal candidate has significant, hands-on experience delivering large student housing projects.
