Salary: USD 80K-85K
Description
- Oversee the performance and operations of multiple stores within the New England market
- Lead store openings and seasonal retail activations from planning through successful launch
- Drive key financial metrics, including sales growth, payroll management, and shrink control
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards, visual merchandising, and premium customer experiences
- Recruit, develop, and mentor Store Managers and retail teams across the district
- Partner with internal departments, including merchandising, operations, and marketing, to support market growth
- Act as a key liaison with landlords, vendors, and regional stakeholders
- Monitor district performance through data-driven insights and implement strategies to improve results
- Travel regularly across the district to support teams and ensure operational consistency
Requirements
- Multi-unit retail leadership experience, ideally within outerwear, activewear, or apparel
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving sales and operational performance
- Experience opening new stores or supporting expansion into new markets
- A keen eye for retail presentation, branding, and customer experience
- Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort operating in a growth-oriented environment
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire teams
- Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on operational leadership
