Role Description
JRC has an immediate need for a full time Industrial Organizational Psychologist. Candidates MUST have an active TS/SCI Clearance. The position is based in Arlington, Virginia and it is on site not remote. Please do not apply if you do not meet both of these requirements.
The Industrial Organizational Psychologist will conduct job analysis and assessments, create and implement training and development initiatives, and leverage psychological principles to support organizational transformation. Additional responsibilities include designing and administering psychological tests and analyzing data to develop insights and recommendations that align with client goals.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/SCI Clearance
- Master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology
- Two (2) or more years of experience in conducting rigorous job analysis efforts to support talent management decisions, in accordance with legal and professional guidelines and standards (e.g., EEOC, 1978, SIOP, 2018).
- Three (3) or more years of experience in planning and facilitating subject matter expert (SME) sessions to develop job-relevant content.
- Three (3) or more years of experience conducting statistical analysis (e.g., descriptive and inferential statistics) and communicating results.
- One (1) year of experience managing data and conducting statistical analysis with R/RStudio (the statistical tool available for this work).
- Two (2) years of experience using advanced statistical and data manipulation functions in Microsoft Excel: statistical functions and formulas, data recoding, pivot tables, and graphs
